The Good Old Stuff and More Good Old Stuff were not translated much. The former came out in German, and both were published in Japanese and French. Rivages chose to print each book in two volumes. So Un Cadavre dans ses rêves is one half of More Good Old Stuff. All of the covers feature grainy, sepia-ish photos like this one. Not unattractive.
