Look, folks, the sooner we get these miserable excuses for covers out of the way, the soooner we never have to look at them again. Artwork? What artwork?

You can find a short review by Brian Noggle here. Turquoise happens to be the most recent JDM I have read (not this edition, thank you, I’d rather die a thousand deaths) as I work through the Travis McGee series for the umpteenth time. My opinion of it went up slightly — it’s not his best, but hardly the worst — except for the fact that Pidge is completely unbelievable as Travis’ long-sought True Love. Geek that I am, the best part was when Travis was figuring out how the photographs were doctored.
