Far out, man. I’ve commented before about how the European editions stress the hippie motif on their covers while the Americans tend to ignore it. Here’s another example, with an exceedingly mellow Charles Manson and a tripped out girl on the cover. The blonde with the big glasses is no hippie; she’s either an undercover nark or an imposter who thought she’d try the lifestyle but isn’t crazy about chipping her nails and going natural is fine but I like my hair clean, thank you very much, and jeez, I’m a lady here, so pay some attention when I’m talking.

Definitely high maintenance.
